Beavercreek OVI Checkpoint Perfectly Challenged!

There were some visitors at last night's Beavercreek OVI checkpoint. If you were driving near Wright State University last night, the Ohio State Highway Patrol in conjunction with many other law enforcement agencies were randomly stopping cars and searching Americans without probable cause. The American Beverage Institute is an industry-sponsored advocacy group that has stood up to Mother Against Drunk Drivers and their campaing for government funded OVI checkpoints. Citizens opposing the infringement on their Constitutional rights gathered together recently to protest at the OVI checkpoint held in Washington Township on March 17th (St. Patrick's Day).
