For many, the name “Wilmington, Ohio” has meant economic devastation and loss of jobs. What has been less publicized is that Wilmington is making a great comeback and there are some great people trying to make the community better.  The Clinton County Municipal Court, under the leadership of Judge Michael Daugherty, is part of the renewal.
