Red Light Cameras Are Getting Some Friends In Downtown Dayton

This site has long argued against the use of red light cameras, speed monitors and drones that target innocent Americans.  Well, Dayton has fallen one more step down the security slippery slope and is installing a full-fledged security spy network.  According to the Dayton Business Journal, 25 new cameras are being set up in and around the city in a project named iDayton.  Cameras will be installed in public parks including Dave Hall Plaza, RiverScape MetroPark and around Courthouse Square. Driving Privileges in The Vandalia Municipal Court

How can I obtain ALS driving privileges if my case is in the Vandalia Municipal Court?  If you are stopped for an OVI, DUI or drunk driving and you refuse to take a chemical test (breath, blood or urine), or if your test results exceed the legal limit of Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC), the police officer can and will take your driver’s license on the spot causing your drivers license to be suspended immediately.  This pre-conviction suspension is called the ADMINISTRATIVE LICENSE SUSPENSION. Have You Heard Of Powdered Alcohol? Palcohol?

This week the release of powdered alcohol "palcohol" was approved, then rescinded, then changed to delayed.First the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, a branch of the Treasury Department issued "label approval" on April 8th.  Apparently this was not the case as many internet sources began reporting that the ATT&T rescinded the approval.  Well now, the news seems to be that there will be a delay as the labeling on the product is changed.  So you will have to wait until the fall for your powdered treats.On its website, Palcohol says it plans to offer six varieties, including vodka,...
