Beginning in October, Ohio drivers will be able to put the iconic Superman symbol on their cars. The long-awaited design was included in the recently passed Ohio budget and will be available during the 75th anniversary of the debut of “Action Comics No. 1,” the first appearance of Superman, who was created by Clevelanders Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster.
