St. Patrick’s Day OVI Checkpoints in Montgomery County

There will be two OVI checkpoints in Montgomery County on St. Patrick's Day. The first will be from 7 p.m. until approximately 9 p.m. at 10501 Success Ln. near Austin Pike. The second is from approximately 9:30 p.m. until midnight at 790 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd. Both of these locations are in Washington Township.In addition to the OVI checkpoints, there will be an all-out police effort to detect and deter drunk drivers. State Patrol Seat Belt Law Campaign: What Is The Seatbelt Law?

Troopers Will Ticket You For Seat Belt Law Violations Starting Monday! On Monday (May 18, 2015) the Ohio State Highway Patrol will begin a seat belt law enforcement blitz targeting drivers and passengers who are not buckled up. Do I Need To Appear In The Miamisburg Municipal Court?

For anyone facing a DUI charge in the Miamisburg Municipal Court your first appearance in court will be a mandatory appearance unless you hire an attorney prior to the date.  The first appearance (called an arraignment) on a DUI charge requires an appearance. There will be a Warren County OVI checkpoint tonight in Lebanon. The Ohio State Highway Patrol announced an OVI checkpoint planned for Friday evening in Warren County.
