When you appear in court, you are being judged.  Everything about you is open to scrutiny by people who have power over your life.  As such, your appearance in court should be designed to aid in your defense.  By knowing your audience, you can be prepared to blunt a harsh or dismissive attitude and win your case.  Here are some common-sense dos and don'ts for dressing for court. Vancouver Sun Reports That Restrictions on DUI Convictions May Be Loosened The Canadian government has, for the past few years, conducted an unprecedented crackdown on Americans who have been convicted of drunk driving.  By law, U.S. citizens with DUI convictions can enter Canada only if certain conditions are met. There will be an OVI sobriety checkpoint tonight in Clark County, Springfiield, Ohio beginning at 8:30 pm.  According to the Clark County Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the location of the checkpoint will be in the 400 block along Burnett Road in Springfield.
