Miami Valley Municipal Courts: Where Your OVI Case Will Be Heard

In Ohio, a misdemeanor OVI (Operating a Vehicle Impaired) is heard in the municipal court for the place where you were arrested. Which court you appear in, and how that court runs, depends entirely on where the stop happened. Felony OVI cases are handled by the county Court of Common Pleas, and an OVI on federal property, such as Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, is heard in federal court. Charles M. Rowland II has defended drivers in these courts since 1995. Below is a directory of the courts he practices in throughout the Miami Valley. Call (937) 318-1384 for a free consultation, 24/7.
