The Fairborn Municipal Court serves Fairborn, Bath Township, Beavercreek and Beavercreek Township. The court conducts preliminary hearings in felony cases, handles traffic and non-traffic misdemeanors, and civil cases where the money in dispute does not exceed $15,000.
