Rowland first served on the Board in 1999 and served as the President of the Board from 2003-2005.  In his years he saw the agency hire its first female Chief Executive, have the agency receive C.A.R.F. certification and handle the dramatic growth of Greene County and the concomitant need for mental health, drug and alcohol counseling. “It has been an honor to serve on the board and we did some great things for people in Greene County,” said Rowland. You too can help people in Greene County by supporting any mental health levies in the future.
